PARKING TICKET PAYMENT TO THE TOWN OF BRADFORD WEST GWILLIMBURY
Within 15 Calendar days of date of issuance of a Parking Infraction Notice, choose one of the following options.
- OPTION 1 – EARLY PAYMENT AMOUNT: The municipality must receive payment within 7 calendar days of the date of issuance of the Parking Infraction Notice.
- OPTION 2 – SET FINE AMOUNT: If more than 7 calendar days have past prior to the municipality receiving payment, the higher set fine amount is due.
- OPTION 3 – TRIAL OPTION: I plead not guilty. I request a trial and will appear at the time and date set by the Court for my trial. Sign the back of the ticket, and fill in your name, and address with postal code. Requests for trial can be hand delivered or mailed to:

METHOD OF PAYMENT - OPTIONS 1 & 2
BY INTERNET: www.paytickets.ca (By Credit Card with Service Charge)
Please ensure you are paying the appropriate amount, as stipulated within Options 1 or 2 noted above. If an incorrect fine payment is submitted, the transaction will be reversed and an e-mail forwarded detailing the correct amount payable.
IN PERSON:
- South Simcoe Police, 81 Melbourne Drive, P.O. Box 1690, Bradford L3Z 2B9;
- Finance Dept. (M to F 8:30 to 4:30 pm) 61 Holland St. E., P.O. Box 160, Bradford, ON L3Z 2A8 (Cheque payments noting ticket number on front of cheque may be left in after hours drop box).
BY MAIL: Cheques made payable to the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, Please note your ticket number on the front of the cheque.
Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, Finance Department, P.O. Box 160,, Bradford, ON L3Z 2A8. Payment is credited only when received at our office.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Failure to pay within the required time period will result in your Parking Infraction Notice being forwarded to the courts for conviction. Thereafter, all inquiries regarding this Infraction must be forwarded to the Provincial Offences Office @ 45 Cedar Point Dr., Barrie, L4N 5R7 (SEE PAYMENT OPTIONS BELOW FOR TICKET PAYMENT TO THE PROVINCIAL OFFENCES OFFICE)
- Failure to pay the fine imposed upon conviction will result in your Ontario Vehicle Permit not being renewed and no new permit being issued to you until the fine and all court costs and fees have been paid.
PARKING TICKET PAYMENT TO THE
PROVINCIAL OFFENCES OFFICE
Once your ticket has been forwarded to the Provincial Offences Office or once you have attended court regarding your parking ticket, the Town of Bradford West Gwilimbury can no longer accept payment. All payments of fines are now due to the Provincial Offences Court.
If you have just attended at court, we would suggest waiting three days prior to making payment in order to allow time for the paper work to be processed.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
You will be required to provide the Offence Number located on your Notice of Trial for the following three options for ticket payment:
IN PERSON: At any Provincial Offences Court in Ontario.
BY MAIL: Cheques made payable to the City of Barrie and forwarded to Barrie Provincial Offences Court, 45 Cedar Point Drive, Barrie, Ontario L4N 5R7
ON LINE: If making an on-line ticket payment, please take the following steps:
- Go to www.paytickets.ca
- Select Provincial Offences
- Select 3860 Barrie
- Select the lower ticket sample
- Select Section A
- You will now be required to enter your Offence Number which is located on your Notice of Trial.**
- You will now be required to verify the Offence Information is correct
- Once verified, you will enter your credit card information for payment.
** If you do not have the Notice of Trial and you have your original ticket, you may use the following to determine your Provincial Offences Number for entry into their system.
