The department coordinates the review and processing of a broad variety of development applications. The following links provide information on the town's development application fees, our generic development application form, as well as application forms for minor variances and severance's. You will also find a link to the department's Zoning Compliance Form, which must be reviewed and approved by the planning department prior to submitting applications for building permits.
Prior to formally submitting a development proposal, we strongly encourage applicants to consult with town by contacting a member of the planning department.
